Prepare your skin: Apply a few drops of Evening Primrose Oil to cleansed skin on the face or body and massage gently until absorbed.

Ease tension: Mist the Recovery Magnesium Spray directly onto tired or tense muscles, particularly the legs, shoulders, and neck, and massage in gently.

Massage: Warm a small amount of Sleep Massage Oil between your palms and apply to the body using long, slow strokes. Ideal for self-massage or with a partner before sleep.

Is the Sleep Massage Oil suitable for the face? No. The Sleep Massage Oil is formulated for body use only and should not be applied to the face.

Is the Recovery Magnesium Spray suitable for children? The Magnesium Spray is not recommended for children under 12 years of age. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
