ECO. Anxiety Essential Oil Blend: Used traditionally in aromatherapy to relive symptoms of mild anxiety, promote relaxation and improve sleep.

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of your chosen essential oil to a diffuser. You can also blend two or more of your ECO. Diffuser Blends collection.

Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.

Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower and enjoy the benefits of steam inhalation.

Topically: Mix 1 drop of chosen essential oil with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest or back of the neck.

Anxiety Essential Oil Blend:

Diffuser: For adults and children over 12 years of age. Use as required up to 6 times per day. By inhalation: Add up to 6 drops (0.2 mL) to the water in your mist diffuser or apply 3 drops (0.1 mL) to pillow or tissue and inhale. Topical use: Add 2 drops to 10ml carrier oil for massage. Use immediately and discard any unused portion.

Is this essential oil safe to use during pregnancy?.We do not recommend using Eucalyptus, Juniper Berry or Rosemary during pregnancy. Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless under the guidance of a qualified practitioner. For more information, see our full list of pregnancy-safe oils in our FAQs.

Is this essential oil safe for children? Anxiety Blend and Immune Support Blend- for adults and children 12 years and over. We do not recommend using Australian Shores Blend & Detox Blend. Essential oils are generally too strong for babies under 24 months and may overwhelm their developing systems. When diffusing, use fewer drops than you would for adults (around 2–3 drops). Is this essential oil safe to use around pets? Peppermint, Citrus, Eucalyptus and Ylang Ylang essential oils are not recommended for use around pets.
