Relaxing, clearing and comforting the Day Spa Blend will allow you to treat yourself to a cleansing, at home self-care day. With Eucalyptus, Cypress, Sweet Orange, Peppermint and Frankincense this blend will uplift and support you in times of need.

How to use Day Spa Essential Oil Blend

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser.

Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower in the evening and benefit from steam inhalation.

Bath: Add 3-5 drops in a dispersant, such as oil, to a warm bath at night time to help relax.

Topically: Mix 1 drop with 5ml/0.17fl.oz carrier oil and apply to wrists and back of the neck before going to bed.

Frequently asked questions

Is this safe for use during pregnancy? This blend contains Peppermint essential oil which is not recommended to use during pregnancy but is safe to use in the last few weeks and during labour if desired. Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner. See our full list of pregnancy safe oils in our FAQs.

Is this safe for children? This blend contains Peppermint and Eucalyptus which are not recommended for children due to being too stimulating. Essential oils are considered too strong for use on babies’ skin (0-24 months) and can be overwhelming on their developing systems.
