Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of your chosen Clean Slate Trio essential oil to your diffuser to create a calming, uplifting, or nurturing atmosphere. You can also blend two or more of the oils for a personalised scent experience.

Quick Fix: A few deep inhalations directly from the bottle can help reset your mood, reduce stress, or boost optimism anytime - at work, in the car, or during a hectic day.

Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower or on a shower tablet to enjoy a steam-infused moment of relaxation and clarity.

Topically: Mix 1 drop of your chosen blend with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists, temples, or the back of your neck to promote emotional balance, calm, or a sense of uplifted energy.

Is this safe for use during pregnancy? Use these oils with care, best used in a diffuser or diluted with a carrier oil (1% ratio).
