How to use Sleep Essential Oil Blend

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of your Sleep essential oil to a diffuser.

Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.

Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower and enjoy the benefits of steam inhalation.

Pillow: Add 1 drop to your pillow before going to bed.

Bath: Add 2-3 drops in a dispersant such as oil, to the bath to create a relaxing atmosphere while nourishing your skin.

Topically: Mix 1 drop of chosen essential oil with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest or back of the neck before going to bed.

Is this safe for use during pregnancy?
Use this oil with care. Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner. See our full list of pregnancy safe oils in our FAQs.

Is this safe for children?
Essential oils are considered too strong for use on babies’ skin (0-24 months) and can be overwhelming on their developing systems. When using in a diffuser, use fewer drops then that for an adult (eg. 2-3 drops). See our ECO. Little range for appropriate, kid-friendly blends. Is this safe to use around pets?

LOVE

Sweet, citrusy and calming, this blend is another one of my favourites. Very soothing and smells absolutely delicious in my diffuser. I also mix it with Dream Drops and Calm & Destress blends in a rollerball to apply topically before bed - and I sleep like a baby.

Amazing! Best sleep in years

I have tried sleep blends before but never with much success. This one was a winner though from night one!!! I usually take 30-60 minutes to fall asleep and wake several times at night but now I'm asleep in less than 30 minutes and at most wake once a night. A definite life changer... have already ordered a 2nd bottle!
