Eucalyptus Essential Oil: Eucalyptus oil is a camphorous clearing aroma for the mind and body. Known for its healing properties, Eucalyptus oil can be used for treating respiratory and throat infections or added to your daily routine in the shower, bath, and DIY treatments for skin and hair.

Sinus Clear Essential Oil Blend: Combining Grapefruit, Lemongrass, Lime and Peppermint essential oils, Sinus Clear Blend has been developed to help relieve nasal congestion, relieve symptoms of sinusitis, relieve the severity of symptoms of common colds and flu and the severity of symptoms of mild upper respiratory tract infections.

Tea Tree Essential Oil: Tea Tree oil is an uplifting and stimulating essential oil. This versatile essential oil can also be used in cleaning products as an effective broad-spectrum disinfectant due to its antimicrobial action. Tea tree oil can also be added to DIY recipes for acne, hair treatments, and body wash.

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of your chosen essential oil to your diffuser at nighttime to promote relaxation and encourage sleep. You can also blend two or all three of your trio collection for a customised scent.

Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.

Pillow: Add 1 drop to your pillow before going to bed.

Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower in the evening and benefit from steam inhalation.

Bath: Add 2-3 drops in a dispersant such as oil, to the bath at night time to help relax.

Topically: Mix 1 drop with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists and back of the neck before going to bed.

Sinus Clear Essential Oil Blend: Active ingredients: Each mL contains 25%v/v essential oils from each of: Citrus X Paradisi Fruit Peel, Cymbopogon Schoenanthus Leaf, Citrus Aurantifolia Fruit, Mentha Arvensis Leaf.

Tea Tree Essential Oil: Melaleuca alternifolia.

Sun Exposure Warning
If applying citrus essential oils or blends that contain citrus topically avoid direct sunlight for 12 hours as they may cause photosensitivity.

Is this safe for use during pregnancy?
We do not recommend using Sinus Clear or Eucalyptus during pregnancy. Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner. See our full list of pregnancy safe oils in our FAQs.

Is this safe for children?
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. In this collection avoid using Eucalyptus and Sinus Clear Blend. When using in a diffuser, use fewer drops then that for an adult (eg. 2-3 drops). See our ECO.
