Lavender Essential Oil: Lavender essential oil gently cools and calms our spirits. A medicine cabinet in a bottle, Lavender oil is a must for the first aid kit. Lavender essential oil is popular for its relaxing and healing qualities and is known to improve sleep and general wellbeing. An important essential oil for skin, Lavender oil has anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and regenerating properties. Include as part of your sleep rituals to help promote deep rest.
Sleep Essential Oil Blend: Be soothed to sleep with this beautiful combination of Mandarin, Lavender, Frankincense, Ylang Ylang and Chamomile. Using sedative essential oils, this blend has been formulated to release body tension and calm the mind to encourage a quality sleep.
How to use Wave Diffuser & Deep Sleep Trio
Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of your chosen essential oil to your diffuser at nighttime to promote relaxation and encourage sleep. You can also blend two or all three of your trio collection for a customised scent.
Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.
Pillow: Add 1 drop to your pillow before going to bed.
Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower in the evening and benefit from steam inhalation.
Bath: Add 2-3 drops in a dispersant such as oil, to the bath at night time to help relax.
Topically: Mix 1 drop with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists and back of the neck before going to bed.

If applying citrus essential oils or blends that contain citrus topically avoid direct sunlight for 12 hours as they may cause photosensitivity.
Is this safe for use during pregnancy?
Use these oils with care, best used in a diffuser or diluted with a carrier oil (1% ratio). Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner. See our full list of pregnancy safe oils in our FAQs.
Is this safe for children?
All essential oils must be kept out of reach from children. When using in a diffuser, use fewer drops then that for an adult (eg. 2-3 drops). See our ECO. Is this safe to use around pets?

Essential oils should not be taken internally unless you have consulted with a health professional or Aromatherapist first.
