Travel Essentials Oil Trio:
For external use only by inhalation. Adults and children 12+ years.

• Diffuser: Add up to 6 drops (0.2 mL) to the water chamber.
• Pillow/Tissue: Apply up to 3 drops (0.1 mL) and inhale.
• Topical (Lavender only): Dilute 2 drops in 10 mL carrier oil for massage. Use immediately and discard unused portion.

Exhale Room Spray: Shake well before each use to activate the blend. Spray into the air to refresh and uplift any space or mist over linens or cushions for a gentle aromatic touch.

Are these products safe for use during pregnancy?
Use with care. Lavender and Rosemary essential oils are generally considered safe when diffused or diluted appropriately. Citrus-containing blends (including Sinus Clear and Exhale Room Spray) should be used with caution, especially during the first trimester. Is this safe for children?
Essential oils are too strong for babies (0-24 months) and can overwhelm developing systems. When diffusing for children, use fewer drops (e.g., 2-3). Lavender is generally safer for older children, but citrus, peppermint, and rosemary oils should be used sparingly. See our ECO. Is this safe to use around pets?
Use essential oils with caution around pets. Peppermint, citrus (including lime and sweet orange), eucalyptus, and ylang ylang are not recommended topically or in concentrated diffusions around animals.
