Fractionated Coconut Oil/DIY Rollerballs:
Fill your empty rollerball to about 80% with fractionated coconut oil, then add 10-5 drops of your chosen ECO. essential oil or blend. Pop the roller ball back on, give it a gentle shake and apply directly to pulse points: wrists, temples, back of the neck or behind the ears. Roll on and breathe in whenever you need a moment of calm, a boost of energy or a little daily ritual.
Witch Hazel/DIY Room & Linen Spray:
Add 10-15 drops of essential oil to your 500ml glass spray bottle. Pour in 50ml of witch hazel and top up with water. Shake well before each use and spritz onto linen, soft furnishings, in the air or around any room in your home.
500ml Glass Spray Bottle/Natural Cleaning Spray:
Combine 50ml witch hazel, 10 drops of your chosen essential oil blend and top up with water for an everyday surface spray. A simple, effective and beautifully scented alternative to conventional cleaning products.

Citrus essential oils may cause photosensitivity when applied topically. Avoid direct sunlight for 12 hours after use.
Is this safe for use during pregnancy?
Use with care. Best used in a diffuser or diluted with a carrier oil (1% ratio). Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless under the supervision of a qualified practitioner. Safe to use in the last few weeks of pregnancy and during labour if desired. See our full list of pregnancy-safe oils in our FAQs.
Is this safe for children?
Essential oils are too strong for babies (0-24 months) and can overwhelm developing systems. When diffusing for children, use fewer drops (e.g., 2-3 drops). See our ECO. Little range for kid-friendly blends and check our FAQ for oils to avoid.
Is this safe to use around pets?
Use caution with pets. Citrus oils, peppermint, eucalyptus, and ylang ylang are not recommended topically around animals. Always store bottles out of reach and contact your vet with any concerns. See our full list of pet-safe oils in our FAQs.
