In a Room or Linen Spray:

Add 15 drops of Lemon, Lavender or Blue Mallee Eucalyptus essential oil to your 100ml glass spray bottle and top up with water. Shake well before each use and spritz into the air, onto your pillow, soft furnishings or linen for an instant natural fragrance. Swap the oil to change the mood - Lavender to unwind, Lemon to refresh, Eucalyptus to clear and energise.

In a Natural Cleaning Spray:

Fill your glass spray bottle with water, add 15 drops of Lemon essential oil and shake well. Spray onto benches, sinks and hard surfaces and wipe clean with a cloth for a simple, effective and beautifully scented natural cleaner. Lemon's natural antibacterial properties make it a brilliant everyday cleaning companion.

In a Rollerball:

Fill an empty rollerball bottle to around 80% with fractionated coconut oil, then add 10-15 drops of your chosen essential oil or a blend of all three. Replace the roller ball, shake gently and roll onto pulse points - wrists, temples, behind the ears or the back of the neck - whenever you need a moment to reset, uplift or unwind.

As a Body or Massage Oil:

Add 10 drops of essential oil to 20ml of fractionated coconut oil and massage into skin after a shower or bath. Try Lavender for a calming evening ritual, Lemon for an uplifting morning boost or Blue Mallee Eucalyptus massaged into the chest and upper back to support clear, easy breathing.

In the Diffuser:

Add 6-8 drops of any of your three oils to your diffuser water chamber and let the aroma fill your space. Diffuse Lemon in the morning to energise, Blue Mallee Eucalyptus during the day to stay focused and clear, and Lavender in the evening to wind down and prepare for sleep.

Is this safe for use during pregnancy?
Use with care. Best used in a diffuser or diluted with a carrier oil (1% ratio). Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless under the supervision of a qualified practitioner. Is this safe for children?
Essential oils are too strong for babies (0-24 months) and can overwhelm developing systems. When diffusing for children, use fewer drops (e.g., 2-3 drops). See our ECO. Little range for kid-friendly blends and check our FAQ for oils to avoid.

Is this safe to use around pets?
Use caution with pets. Citrus oils, peppermint, eucalyptus, and ylang ylang are not recommended topically around animals. Always store bottles out of reach and contact your vet with any concerns. See our full list of pet-safe oils in our FAQs.
