Sunshine State of Mind Trio: Add 6-8 drops of your chosen essential oil to a diffuser or inhale directly from the bottle for a quick reset. Add 2-3 drops to the shower or bath for steam inhalation. For topical use, dilute 1 drop in 5 mL carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest, or the back of the neck. For compresses or steam treatments, use 2 drops in a bowl of water, applying as needed.

Broadbeach Essential Oil Blend: Add 6-8 drops to a diffuser. For a quick break, inhale directly from the bottle. Add 2-3 drops to the shower corner or bath (with dispersant) to enjoy the aroma and nourish your skin. Topically, dilute 1 drop with 5 mL carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest, or back of the neck.

Are these products safe for use during pregnancy?
Use with care. Many blends contain citrus, lavender, or other essential oils. Citrus oils should be used with caution, especially during the first trimester. Lavender and Chamomile are generally considered safe when diffused or diluted appropriately. Is this safe for children?
Essential oils are too strong for babies (0-24 months) and can overwhelm developing systems. When diffusing for children, use fewer drops (e.g., 2-3). Is this safe to use around pets?
Use caution around pets. Citrus oils (including Sweet Orange, Lime, Grapefruit), peppermint, lemongrass, and ylang ylang are not recommended topically or in concentrated diffusions around animals. Sun Exposure Warning
Citrus-containing oils (all Sunshine State of Mind, Sun-kissed, Australian Shores, Broadbeach, Summer blends) may cause photosensitivity if applied topically. Avoid direct sunlight for 12 hours after use.

Are there any skin safety precautions?
Perform a patch test before using any oils topically. Avoid contact with eyes and broken skin. Diffusers are recommended for children, sensitive skin, or strong blends.

How should I store these products?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep essential oils tightly closed to preserve potency and prevent oxidation.
