Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of your chosen blend (Protection, Defence Guard, or Immune Support) to your diffuser and let the aroma fill your space. Perfect for promoting calm, focus, and immune support at home, work, or during meditation.

Quick Reset: Inhale deeply from the bottle for an instant moment of clarity, calm, or grounding. Ideal for work, travel, or anytime you need a mindful pause.

Cleaning & DIY: Add a few drops of Defence Guard or Protection to cleaning sprays, laundry, or disinfectant routines to harness antibacterial properties while uplifting your environment.

Shower or Bath: Add 2-3 drops of your chosen blend to the corner of your shower or into bath water to release soothing aromas and support relaxation, calm, and respiratory wellbeing.

Topical Use: Dilute 1 drop of essential oil with 5ml of carrier oil and apply to pulse points, wrists, chest, or back of the neck. Supports relaxation, focus, and overall wellness. Avoid sunlight for 12 hours if using citrus-containing blends.

Is the Solar Shield Trio safe to use during pregnancy?
Essential oils can be used with care during pregnancy, ideally in a diffuser or diluted with a carrier oil at a 1% ratio.
