Cleanse and Prep: Start with clean, dry skin. Apply your favourite serum, facial oil, or moisturiser to allow for smooth rolling.

Forehead: Use the larger end of the roller and gently roll from the centre of your forehead outwards towards your temples.

Eye Area: Use the smaller end of the roller and gently roll from the inner corner of your eye outwards along the orbital bone towards your temple.

Cheeks: Starting from the base of your nose, roll outwards across your cheeks towards your ears.

Jawline: Roll from the centre of your chin along your jawline towards your ears.

Neck: Roll downwards along the sides of your neck towards your collarbone.

Repeat: Repeat each pathway 3-5 times for best results.

Cooling: For a cooling effect, store your roller in the refrigerator for 10-30 minutes before use.

Cleaning: Wipe your roller with a damp cloth after each use and dry thoroughly. For a deeper clean, use gentle soap and warm water weekly, ensuring the metal components are dried.

Storage: Store the roller in the box to avoid accidental breakages between usages.
