How to use Magnesium Duo
Magnesium Spray:For optimal benefits, spray 6-8 times onto your stomach, legs, feet, or back 10-30 minutes before bedtime. Gently massage the spray into your skin and allow it to dry before covering up. For first-time users, we recommend starting with application on your feet for 2-3 weeks to let your body adjust.
Magnesium Bath Soak: Add your desired amount of the bath soak to the water and stir gently. Soak for at least 20 minutes, allowing the magnesium to deeply relax and soothe your muscles.
