Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to the water chamber of your diffuser and run for 30-60 minutes. Ideal for evenings, creative sessions, or anytime you want to shift the atmosphere in a room.

Topical use: Dilute at 2.5% in a carrier oil (approximately 5 drops per 10ml of carrier oil such as Jojoba or Sweet Almond) and apply to pulse points, the décolletage, or areas of dry skin. Avoid sun exposure for 12 hours after topical application due to potential phototoxicity.

Inhalation: Apply 2-3 drops to a tissue or palm of the hand, cup over the nose, and inhale slowly for a quick mood-lifting moment.
