Are the essential oil blends safe during pregnancy? The Womens Blend and Anxiety Blend are not recommended during pregnancy. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult your healthcare practitioner before use.

Can I use the essential oils directly on my skin? Essential oils must always be diluted before topical use. Use a 2.5% dilution in a carrier oil. The Confidence Rollerball is already pre-diluted and ready to apply directly. Do not apply to broken skin.

Can essential oils be ingested? No. These products are for external use only. Keep out of reach of children.

How do I use the Lava Rock Diffuser? Simply add 2–3 drops of your favourite oil directly onto the lava stone. The porous rock absorbs and slowly releases the scent, so you can enjoy aromatherapy throughout your day without a plug-in diffuser.

Is the Leather Storage Case compatible with all ECO oil sizes? The 36-slot Leather Storage Case is designed to hold standard 10ml essential oil bottles and fits the ECO oil range.
