Diffuser: In your Marble Diffuser, add water to fill line and add 4-6 drops of your chosen essential oil. You can also blend two or all three of your Deep Sleep Trio.

Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the essential oil bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.

Shower: Add 2-3 drops of essential oil to the corner of the shower and enjoy the benefits of steam inhalation.

Bath: Add your desired amount of the Magnesium Bath Soak to the water and stir gently. Soak for at least 20 minutes, allowing the magnesium to deeply relax and soothe your muscles.

Topically:Transform your self-care routine with our luxuriously formulated Magnesium Spray. For optimal benefits, spray 6-8 times onto your stomach, legs, feet, or back 10-30 minutes before bedtime. Gently massage the spray into your skin and allow it to dry before covering up. For first-time users, we recommend starting with application on your feet for 2-3 weeks to let your body adjust.

Sleep Essential Oil Blend:For adults and Children 12 years or older. Use as required up to 6 times per day. By inhalation: Add up to 6 drops (0.2mL) to the water in your mist diffuser or apply 3 drops (0.1 mL) to a pillow or tissue and inhale.
