Sinus Clear Essential Oil Blend: For external use only by inhalation. Adults and children 12 years and over. Use as required up to 6 times per day. By inhalation: Add up to 6 drops (0.2 mL) to the water in your mist diffuser or apply 3 drops (0.1 mL) to pillow or tissue and inhale. Store below 30°C FLAMMABLE. Lavender Essential Oil : For external use only by inhalation. Adults and children 12 years and over. Use as required up to 6 times per day. By inhalation: Add up to 6 drops (0.2 mL) to the water in your mist diffuser or apply 3 drops (0.1 mL) to pillow or tissue and inhale. Topical use: Add 2 drops to 10ml carrier oil for massage. Is this safe for use during pregnancy? We do not recommend using Rosemary or Peppermint (in Sinus Clear Blend) during pregnancy.
