Frankincense Essential Oil: Often used during meditation practice, Frankincense essential oil can reduce stress and ease the mind and body into a state of relaxation.

Sinus Clear Essential Oil Blend: Combining Grapefruit, Lemongrass, Lime & Peppermint essential oils, Sinus Clear Blend has been developed to help relieve nasal congestion, relieve symptoms of sinusitis, relieve the severity of symptoms of common colds and flu and the severity of symptoms of mild upper respiratory tract infections. Sleep Essential Oil Blend: Be soothed to sleep with this beautiful combination of Mandarin, Lavender, Frankincense, Ylang Ylang & Chamomile. Using sedative essential oils, this blend has been formulated to release body tension and calm the mind to encourage a quality sleep.

Lavender Essential Oil: AUST L 426414 - Lavender essential oil is popular for its relaxing and healing qualities, and has been known to improve sleep and general wellbeing.

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of your chosen essential oil to a diffuser. You can also blend two or multiple oils of your Holistic Health Collection.

Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.

Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower and enjoy the benefits of steam inhalation.

Bath: Add 2-3 drops in a dispersant such as oil, to the bath to create a relaxing atmosphere while nourishing your skin.

Topically: Mix 1 drop of chosen essential oil with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest or back of the neck.

Sinus Clear Essential Oil Blend:
For external use only by inhalation.
Adults and children 12 years and over.
Use as required up to 6 times per day.
By inhalation: Add up to 6 drops (0.2 mL) to the water in your mist diffuser or apply 3 drops (0.1 mL) to pillow or tissue and inhale.
Store below 30°C FLAMMABLE.

Sleep Essential Oil Blend: Citrus reticulata blanco, Lavandula x intermedia, Boswellia serrata, Lavandula angustifolia, Cananga odorata, Anthemis nobilis.

Lavender Essential Oil: 100%v/v Lavandula angustifolia her top flowering essential oil.

Is this safe for use during pregnancy?
We do not recommend using Digestive Blend, Happy Head or Sinus Clear essential oil blends during pregnancy. Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner. See our full list of pregnancy safe oils in our FAQs.

Is this safe for children?
In this collection avoid using; Sinus Clear Blend, Happy Head Blend & Digestive Blend. Essential oils are considered too strong for use on babies’ skin (0-24 months) and can be overwhelming on their developing systems. When using in a diffuser, use fewer drops then that for an adult (eg. 2-3 drops). See our ECO. Little range for appropriate, kid-friendly blends. Is this safe to use around pets?
Peppermint, Citrus (including Lemon), Eucalyptus & Ylang Ylang essential oils are not recommended for use around pets. See our full list of pet safe oils in our FAQs.

Essential oils should not be taken internally unless you have consulted with a health professional or Aromatherapist first.
