Happy Head Essential Oil Blend: Uplifting & soothing, this analgesic blend has been developed to help relieve headaches, soothe neck tension and improve mental clarity. Diffuse to help alleviate headaches or mix with a carrier oil and apply to the back to the neck to reduce tension.

Sinus Clear Essential Oil Blend: Combining Grapefruit, Lemongrass, Lime & Peppermint essential oils, Sinus Clear Blend has been developed to help relieve nasal congestion, relieve symptoms of sinusitis, relieve the severity of symptoms of common colds and flu and the severity of symptoms of mild upper respiratory tract infections. Calm & Destress Essential Oil Blend: Our Calm & Destress Blend has been specially formulated with Orange, Patchouli & Sandalwood essential oils to help ease the stresses of daily life, and bring calm to the mind and body. Sit back, relax and unwind.

Cap Stickers: If your collection is expanding and you can't keep up with all the black lids, these stickers might change your life. Simply place them on the top of the lids and admire your collection!

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of essential oil to a diffuser.

Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.

Shower: Add 2-3 drops of essential oil to the corner of the shower and enjoy the benefits of steam inhalation.

Bath: Add up to 5 drops of essential oil in a dispersant such as oil, to the bath to create a relaxing atmosphere while nourishing your skin.

Topically: Mix 1 drop of essential oil with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest or back of the neck.

Massage: Use a 2.5% dilution; 50 drops per 100ml carrier oil.

Face massage: Add 1 drop in 5ml carrier oil.

Hand or foot bath: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of water. Soak your feet after a long day.

Compress: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of water. For treating inflammation or to cool down use cold to room temperature water. For aching tight muscles use warm to hot water. Agitate a face washer in the water, wring out excess moisture and apply washer to the affected area. Repeat two or three times as the compress cools down or warms up.

Steam Treatment: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of steaming hot water. Place your face close to the bowl and cover the back of your head and bowl with a towel to trap the aromatic vapours. Caution due to risk of burns or scalding and keep eyes covered during treatment.

Sinus Clear Essential Oil Blend: Active ingredients: Each mL contains 25%v/v essential oils from each of: Citrus X Paradisi Fruit Peel, Cymbopogon Schoenanthus Leaf, Citrus Aurantifolia Fruit, Mentha Arvensis Leaf.

Sun Exposure Warning If applying citrus essential oils or blends that contain citrus topically avoid direct sunlight for 12 hours as they may cause photosensitivity.

Is this safe for use during pregnancy? We do not recommend using Happy Head Blend or Sinus Clear Blend during pregnancy. Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner.

Is this safe for children? Essential oils are considered too strong for use on babies’ skin (0-24 months) and can be overwhelming on their developing systems. When using in a diffuser, use fewer drops then that for an adult (eg. 2-3 drops). See our ECO. Little range for appropriate, kid-friendly blends. Is this safe to use around pets? Peppermint, Citrus (including Lemon), Eucalyptus & Ylang Ylang essential oils are not recommended for use around pets. See our full list of pet safe oils in our FAQs.

Can I ingest this oil? Essential oils should not be taken internally unless you have consulted with a health professional or Aromatherapist first.
