A beautiful warming blend of Eucalyptus, Clove Bud, Cinnamon, Tea Tree and Rosemary. With strong disinfecting, antiseptic and immune boosting properties, this protective blend is perfect to diffuse in the home or office to help clear the air. 

Size: 10ml / 0.34fl.oz

How to use Breathe Essential Oil Blend

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser to clear the air and bring some relief to cold & flu symptoms.

Pillow: Add 1 drop to your pillow before going to bed to help ease congested airways.

Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower in the evening and benefit from steam inhalation.

Bath: Add 3-5 drops in a dispersant, such as oil, to a warm bath at night time to help relax.

Topically: Mix 1 drop with 5ml/0.17fl.oz carrier oil and apply to wrists and back of the neck as needed.

Is this safe for children? KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. This blend contains Eucalyptus & Cinnamon which is not recommended for children. Essential oils are considered too strong for use on babies’ skin (0-24 months) and can be overwhelming on their developing systems. When using in a diffuser, use fewer drops then that for an adult (eg. 2-3 drops). See our ECO. Little range for appropriate, kid-friendly blends.
