How to use Blood Orange Pure Essential Oil

  • Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser to create an uplifting and calming atmosphere, perfect for reducing stress and promoting a positive mood.

  • Topical: Dilute to 2.5% in a carrier oil and massage onto the abdomen in a clockwise motion to help support healthy digestion, or apply to wrists and temples for an instant mood boost. Avoid direct sunlight for 12 hours after application.

  • Skincare: Add 1-2 drops (diluted) to your daily moisturiser or body oil to help improve skin tone and texture. Always patch test first and use at night to avoid photosensitivity.
