Can I apply the essential oils directly to my skin?
Essential oils should always be diluted in a carrier oil before applying to the skin. Evening Primrose Oil is included in this pack and is an excellent carrier oil for creating personalised massage and body oil blends.

Is Evening Primrose Oil suitable for sensitive skin?
Evening Primrose Oil is rich in essential fatty acids and is generally suitable for most skin types, including dry and sensitive skin. We recommend performing a patch test before first use.

Can I use the essential oils during pregnancy?

Can essential oils be ingested?
