Welcome the change of season with this grounding and healing essential oil blend of Sweet Orange, Patchouli, Cedarwood, Juniper & Lavender. Connect with the Earth and yourself as Autumn gently encourages us into change and shed the undesirable layers of ourselves, as the tree leaves do.

Size: 10ml / 0.34fl.oz

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser in the evening to promote relaxation and encourage sleep.

Pillow: Add 1 drop to your pillow before going to bed.

Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower in the evening and benefit from steam inhalation.

Bath: Add 3-5 drops in a dispersant, such as oil, to a warm bath at night time to help relax.

Topically: Mix 1 drop with 5ml/0.17fl.oz carrier oil and apply to wrists and back of the neck before going to bed.

Is this safe for use during pregnancy? This blend contains Cedarwood & Juniper which are not recommended to use during pregnancy. Is this safe for children? This blend contains Cedarwood which is not appropriate emotionally and Juniper which may be too stimulating to kidneys and detoxification pathways. Essential oils are considered too strong for use on babies’ skin (0-24 months) and can be overwhelming on their developing systems.
