Prized as a treatment for women's health issues, Clary Sage can be used to help ease menopausal symptoms, reduce spasming and painful periods while encouraging regular, healthy cycles.

Geranium Pure Essential Oil: The great harmoniser, with a herbaceous rose like scent, Geranium helps us return from anxiety to a place of calm while retaining alertness. Wonderful for use at the beginning of a hectic day or as an emotional restorative in the afternoon.

Ylang Ylang Pure Essential Oil: Ylang Ylang Essential Oil is quite sedating and may help with feelings of depression, irritation and anger. Known for its soothing and comforting qualities, Ylang Ylang can have a calming effect on the nervous system and an uplifting effect on your mood.

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of your chosen essential oil to your diffuser at nighttime to promote relaxation and encourage sleep. You can also blend two or all three of your trio collection for a customised scent.

Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.

Pillow: Add 1 drop to your pillow before going to bed.

Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower in the evening and benefit from steam inhalation.

Bath: Add 2-3 drops in a dispersant such as oil, to the bath at night time to help relax.

Topically: Mix 1 drop with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists and back of the neck before going to bed.

Is this safe for use during pregnancy?
We do not recommend using Clary Sage during pregnancy. Use these oils with care, best used in a diffuser or diluted with a carrier oil (1% ratio). Is this safe for children?
Clary Sage is not recommended for children as it can be too sedating & not appropriate emotionally. All essential oils MUST be kept out of reach from children. Is this safe to use around pets?
