Meet Vibe Retreat

A boutique Bali jungle escape hosted by Pilates teacher and mum-of-two, Ashley O’Neile. This is your permission slip to slow down, laugh too much, move your body, and soak up the kind of connection that feels easy and real.

Each retreat is shaped by the women who come along—no cookie-cutter schedule here. Ash gets to know everyone a little before the retreat so the flow, food, and vibe all feel just right. Expect a mix of movement, rest, cocktails by the pool, and conversations that go way deeper than small talk.

Think laid-back, warm, inclusive—and a little cheeky. Like the girls' trip you didn’t know you needed.

About the Retreat

Hosted at Honai Resort just outside Ubud, this small-group women’s retreat is all about ease, connection, and feeling good in your body (and your bathrobe). With a flexible daily rhythm, you can do as much—or as little—as you like.

A day might look like:

• Optional morning Pilates, barre, or breathwork
• Slow group breakfast
• Free time or a cruisy mid-morning practice
• Pool hangs, spa visits, massages, naps, or local exploring
• Afternoon stretch or a cheeky cocktail class by the pool
• Shared dinners and maybe an evening yin or meditation session—if the vibe’s right

There are also a few beautiful scheduled moments across the retreat, like a welcome dinner at sunset, a Balinese cultural day trip, and optional extras like a floating sound bath. Plus, you’ll get access to exclusive discounts at local businesses we love.
