What does the wellness retreat/giveaway include? 

The prize includes return economy flights for two adults departing from a capital city in Australia, plus three nights' accommodation for two guests at a luxury resort in Bali - all valued at up to AUD $3,000. Any costs beyond $3,000 are the winner's responsibility. The prize excludes travel insurance, airport transfers, meals, activities, visa fees, and incidental expenses. At the winner's preference, the prize can alternatively be fulfilled as a $3,000 Webjet travel voucher to book independently.

When will the winner be announced?

The winner will be drawn on Monday 8th June 2026 at 10am AEST and notified within 2 business days via email and/or phone. The winner's first name and state of residence will be published on the ECO Modern Essentials website and/or social media channels within 24 hours of the draw.

How do I enter the Bali prize draw?

Make any purchase on the ECO. app during EOFY Early Access and you're automatically entered. No extra form, no codes just shop on the app during early access and you're in the draw.

Purchases made on the website during early access (or after early access ends) do not enter the draw.

Do I need the app to enter the giveaway?

Yes - entry is only valid via the ECO Modern Essentials app. Purchases made through the ECO website, third-party retailers, or any other channel do not qualify as an entry. Signing up to receive the sale schedule alone does not constitute an entry; you must complete a purchase via the app during the EOFY Early Access period to be in the draw.

How long does shipping take during the sale?

Please allow up to 5 business days delay in order shipping during sitewide sales.

Can I use my loyalty points during the sale?

Yes, you can use your points on sale items. Simply apply them at checkout as you normally would - every purchase counts towards your next reward.

Can I use a discount code on top of the sale price?

Sale items are already discounted, so promo codes can't be stacked on top of sale prices. If you have an active code, pop it in at checkout and we'll automatically apply the better discount for you.

How long does the sale last?

Sale pricing is available for a limited time only and stock is subject to availability. We recommend grabbing what you love sooner rather than later - some of our most popular products sell out quickly.

Is free shipping included on sale orders?

Yes! Free standard shipping applies to all orders over $50, including sale purchases

Will sold-out products be restocked?

We can't guarantee restocks on sale items, but you can join the waitlist on the product page to be the first to know if they come back.

ECO Modern Essentials - Win a Bali Wellness Package Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter The promoter of this competition is ECO Modern Essentials (ABN: [69 136 717 103), 39 Alex Fisher Drive, Burleigh Heads, Queensland, Australia ("ECO" or "Promoter").

2. Promotion Period The promotion commences at 7:00am AEST Saturday 6th June 2026 and closes 11:59PM AEST Saturday 6th June). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility 3.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. 3.2 Employees of ECO. Modern Essentials, their immediate family members, and any agencies or suppliers involved in this promotion are ineligible to enter. 3.3 Entry is only valid via the ECO Modern Essentials mobile application (the "ECO App"). Purchases made via the ECO website, third-party retailers, or any other channel do not constitute an entry.

4. How to Enter 4.1 To enter, eligible entrants must:

  • Make any purchase via the ECO App during the EOFY Early Access period, as notified to registered subscribers the promotion period is 7:00am AEST Saturday 6th June 2026 and closes 11:59PM AEST Saturday 6th June

4.2 One (1) entry is permitted per person, regardless of the number of purchases made during the Promotion Period. 4.3 Signing up to receive the sale schedule does not constitute an entry into the competition. Entry is only valid upon completion of a qualifying purchase via the ECO App during the Early Access Period. 4.4 Entries are non-transferable. 4.5 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries and to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

5. Prize 5.1 There is one (1) prize available, consisting of a Bali travel package valued at up to AUD $3,000 ("Prize"), which includes:

  • Return economy flights for two (2) adults departing from a capital city airport in Australia (pricing based on Brisbane departures; departures from other cities are subject to availability and must fall within the total prize value of $3,000); and
  • Three (3) nights' accommodation for two (2) guests at a luxury resort in Bali, Indonesia, as selected by the Promoter.

5.2 The Prize is valued at up to AUD $3,000 in total. Any costs exceeding this value are the sole responsibility of the winner.

5.3 At the Promoter's discretion, and subject to mutual agreement with the winner, the Prize may be fulfilled in one of the following ways:

  • Option A: The Promoter arranges a draft itinerary for the winner's review. The winner selects their preferred travel dates (subject to availability), and the Promoter confirms and books the package on the winner's behalf; or
  • Option B: The Prize is fulfilled in the form of a AUD $3,000 Webjet travel voucher, redeemable by the winner at webjet.com.au on flights, hotels, and/or packages of their choice.

5.4 The winner must confirm their preferred fulfilment option within [7] days of being notified. Failure to respond within this period may result in the Promoter selecting the fulfilment method at its sole discretion.

5.5 Travel must be completed by e.g. 30 May 2027. Travel dates are subject to availability and blackout periods may apply. 

5.6 The Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant airline(s), accommodation provider(s), and/or Webjet Pty Ltd, as applicable.

6. Prize Exclusions The Prize excludes:

  • Travel insurance (strongly recommended - winner's responsibility)
  • Airport transfers, meals, activities, and incidental expenses
  • Visa and passport fees
  • Travel taxes and surcharges beyond the prize value
  • Any costs incurred in taking up the Prize

7. Winner Selection 7.1 The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. 7.2 The draw will take place at 10am AEST Monday 8th June. 7.3 The draw will be conducted by a representative of the Promoter. 7.4 The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Winner Notification 8.1 The winner will be notified via em;ail and/or phone within [2] business days of the draw. 8.2 The winner's first name and state of residence will be published on the ECO Modern Essentials website and/or social media channels within 24 hours of the draw date. 8.3 If the winner cannot be contacted within [5] business days of the initial notification attempt, or if the winner is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.

9. Privacy 9.1 By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting, storing, and using their personal information for the purpose of administering this promotion and for direct marketing purposes (including email communications about ECO products, sales, and promotions). 9.2 Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time. 9.3 Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at [ecomodernessentials.com.au/privacy]. 9.4 The Promoter will not sell or disclose entrant information to third parties except where required to fulfil the Prize (e.g. booking agents) or as required by law.

10. General Conditions 10.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, incomplete, or do not comply with these Terms and Conditions. 10.2 The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, subject to any relevant regulatory requirements. 10.3 The Prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash (except as stated in clause 5.3, Option B). 10.4 If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to technical failures, fraud, or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion. 10.5 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies any rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. 10.6 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms Inc. 11. Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
