How to use Sinus Clear Essential Oil Blend

Diffuser: For adults and children 12 years and over. Add up to 6 drops (0.2mL) to the water in your mist diffuser. Use as required up to 6 times per day.

Inhalation: Apply 3 drops (0.1mL) to a pillow or tissue and inhale. Ideal for moments of stuffiness, sinus congestion or heavy-headedness.

Storage: Store below 30°C. Flammable.
