    • How to use Sleep Essential Oil Blend

    Diffuser: For adults and Children 12 years or older. Use as required up to 6 times per day. By inhalation: Add up to 6 drops (0.2mL) to the water in your mist diffuser or apply 3 drops (0.1 mL) to a pillow or tissue and inhale.

    "Still adapting to this mix , there are 3 oils each referred to as sleep oils with eco and I don’t know which I prefer, I probably prefer pet safe ones moreso , and prefer ones that have geranium and lavender in it , not a big citrus person. But this is a blend I would use in guest rooms to freshen up the room ."
