The Shower Essentials Bundle was curated to use in the shower by simply adding 1-2 drops in the corner of your shower. However, the individual essential oil blends can be used in a range of different ways depending on what you are needing.

Sun-Kissed Essential Oil Blend: Citrus paradisi, Citrus bergamia, Citrus aurantiifolia

Sinus Clear Essential Oil Blend: Active ingredients: Each mL contains 25%v/v essential oils from each of: Citrus X Paradisi Fruit Peel, Cymbopogon Schoenanthus Leaf, Citrus Aurantifolia Fruit, Mentha Arvensis Leaf.

Snooze Essential Oil Blend: Citrus nobilis, Boswellia serrata, Thymus mastichina, Cedrus atlantica, Anthemis nobilis.

Sun Exposure Warning
If applying citrus essential oils or blends that contain citrus topically, avoid direct sunlight for 12 hours as they may cause photosensitivity.

Is this safe for use during pregnancy?
We do not recommend using Peppermint in the early stages of pregnancy. However, Peppermint is safe to use in the last few weeks of pregnancy and during labour if desired. Snooze blend contains Marjoram & Cedarwood which are not recommended to use during pregnancy. Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner. See our full list of pregnancy safe oils in our FAQs.

Is this safe for children?
Sinus Clear use in children under 12 years is not recommended. Snooze blend contains Cedarwood which is said not appropriate emotionally for children. Essential oils are considered too strong for use on babies’ skin (0-24 months) and can be overwhelming on their developing systems. When using in a diffuser, use fewer drops then that for an adult (eg. 2-3 drops). See our ECO. Little range for appropriate, kid-friendly blends. Is this safe to use around pets?
Peppermint and Citrus (including Lemon) essential oils are not recommended for use around pets. See our full list of pet safe oils in our FAQs.

Essential oils should not be taken internally unless you have consulted with a health professional or Aromatherapist first.
