Hand or Foot Bath: Add 2 drops to a bowl of water.
Spray: Add up to 20 drops to a spray bottle filled with water. Shake before use.
Cleaning:Reported to be an antiseptic and an antibacterial. It can be used in a diffuser or as a natural surface disinfectant to prevent the spread of airborne germs.
Body: Great for tired muscles or nerve and arthritic pain, makes for a valuable addition to an aromatic massage blend. The antiseptic qualities are useful in the treatment of respiratory infections.

FAQ Is this safe for use during pregnancy? Use this oil with care, best used in a diffuser or diluted with a carrier oil (1% ratio). Is this safe for children? We do not recommend the use of essential oils for children under 3 months. After 3 months use small amounts in a diffuser or for massage use a 1% dilution ratio in a carrier oil.
