Calm & Destress Essential Oil Blend: Our Calm & Destress Blend has been specially formulated with Orange, Patchouli & Sandalwood essential oils to help ease the stresses of daily life, and bring calm to the mind and body. Sit back, relax and unwind.

Happy Head Essential Oil Blend: Uplifting & soothing, this analgesic blend has been developed to help relieve headaches, soothe neck tension and improve mental clarity. Diffuse to help alleviate headaches or mix with a carrier oil and apply to the back to the neck to reduce tension.

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of your chosen essential oil to a diffuser. You can also blend two or multiple oils of your Rest & Glow Trio.

Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.

Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower and enjoy the benefits of steam inhalation.

Bath: Add 2-3 drops in a dispersant such as oil, to the bath to create a relaxing atmosphere while nourishing your skin.

Topically: Mix 1 drop of chosen essential oil with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest or back of the neck.

Women's Essential Oil Blend: Cedrus atlantica, Lavandula x intermedia, Pelargonium graveolens, Lavandula angustifolia, Cananga odorata.

Calm & Destress Essential Oil Blend: Citrus sinensis, Citrus aurantium amara, Pogostemon cablin, Santalum spicatum.

Happy Head Essential Oil Blend: Mentha piperita, Lavandula angustifolia, Boswellia serrata, Eucalyptus globulus.

Does this product have a warranty?
Yes all ECO. Accessories have a 12month warranty.

Sun Exposure Warning
If applying citrus essential oils or blends that contain citrus topically avoid direct sunlight for 12 hours as they may cause photosensitivity.

Is this safe for use during pregnancy?
We do not recommend using Happy Head Blend or Women's Blend during pregnancy. Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner. See our full list of pregnancy safe oils in our FAQs.

Is this safe for children?
Women's blend contains Cedarwood which is considered not appropriate emotionally, we do not recommend Happy Head for children due to the Peppermint & Eucalyptus in this blend. Essential oils are considered too strong for use on babies’ skin (0-24 months) and can be overwhelming on their developing systems. When using in a diffuser, use fewer drops then that for an adult (eg. 2-3 drops). See our ECO. Little range for appropriate, kid-friendly blends. Is this safe to use around pets?
Peppermint, Citrus (including Lemon), Eucalyptus & Ylang Ylang essential oils are not recommended for use around pets. See our full list of pet safe oils in our FAQs.

Can I ingest this oil?
Essential oils should not be taken internally unless you have consulted with a health professional or Aromatherapist first.

Will my diffuser turn off when the water runs out?
Yes, your diffuser will turn off automatically when the water runs out. The mist function has an auto shut off feature that activates once the tank is empty. Please note that the light will not automatically turn off when the tank is empty.
